Phoned within an hour of fill out the form to find out what I needed and to make an appointment. Helpful while at my house giving me useful information. I’ve never used a similar service before hand to say if value for money but I received what I need so I am very happy. Very nice to talk to, and helpful, would use again if needed.

I asked Steven Chan to produce calculations and sketches, which he did. His service so far has been very good and his fee was reasonable.

We were suddenly put into a difficult situation by AXA who pulled out of insuring previously heave affected house properties. To make worse they didn’t disclose this fact to us until the policy was due for renewal. We appointed Steven to do the survey which was carried out very efficiently and within an excellent time scale as we needed a report very quickly in order to reinsure as the cover for the house was set to expire very soon. The report produced was excellent and was presented to our broker who was then able to secure insurance cover with a different company. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was carried out., Steven Chan’s price for the survey was very competitive. He performed a thorough examination of my property both internally and externally. He allowed me to accompany him during the survey and gave me valuable information and explanation of his findings. He reviewed all relevant historical information and included this within the structural report. The report that followed was excellent. It was professionally written, concise and covered exactly the points that I needed.
